YMCA Family Swim Lessons

During the winter, 2021, merry foundation, Inc. sponsored scholarships for 5 families associated with  the Unity Community Center for an educational and fun 6-week semi-private family swimming lesson. Partnering with local, rooted, community-based organizations is key to helping kiddos with events that boost their confidence and create a lasting family memory. 

The foundation continues to support and sponsor kids in need of boosting self-importance and families in need of together-time with memberships to our great Delaware YMCA.

YMCA SWIMMING AND WATER SAFETY 

Water Safety is a campaign of the YMCA. At the Delaware location, the life-guards will be visiting area schools to speak and offer safety tips. merry foundation, Inc just donated $500 to this critical program and 

another donator matched the funding.

LAZYRIVER for a CAREGIVER

 The Alpha Group's Zoom Duck Derby fundraiser was a great success! This year, 4,472 ducks were adopted which raised $19,331 in duck sales alone. This helps support their sister nonprofit agency TAG Community Living, Inc. with their new community housing project. This project will provide safe and affordable housing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Thank you to all who joined merry foundation's "merry ducks" team to help. Watching all the ducks zoom along the lazy river at Zoombezi Bay while listening to people blow into their duck callers, quack, quack, quack. The water slides were big fun also!
